How would I commission you?
First it would be good to look over my my Price Sheet, current Work Queue, TOS, and life status (see tabs at the bottom of the linked page for each of these). If all of that looks good and you don't have any questions, fill out my commission application form. I typically reply back within 72 hours with a quote, and these quotes are good for 6 months. You can reply back to the email when I officially open for commissions; which are announced via journal on FurAffinity.net to claim any available slot. I almost always do first come, first served. I take pay up-front (standard commissions), pay in chunks (on-demand), and pay when I start commissions (flex-list) so you can get the type that works for you!
How would I check up on my commission status?
First, take a look at my work queue. See where you are in the list, as I typically work in order. Near your name and commission type I usually have a progress status section. If you still have questions that it does not answer, email me at email@example.com. Please put your name and matter of inquiry in the subject.
How do I check on the status of a quote?
If I haven't gotten back to you with a quote within 72 hours on business days (mon-fri), then email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and inquiry in the subject. If responses go a bit slow, you can check my art queue status section here (in red middle section with white text) to find out if I'm on vacation or otherwise away. At those times responses may be slower.
How long will I have to wait on a commission?
Typically a month. However, since I became a mom, it varies on when I get free enough time to get any real work done. In general I work on all commission work before taking more, so as to not add to any wait time; and I typically work in order of work received. Though if a convention is coming up, or I need a personal art break to keep me from burning out, I will prioritize that over work. How do I check the status of my premade order?
If it has been 72 hours on business days and you have not received shipment verification, contact me at email@example.com; please include your name and order number in the subject line.
How do I check the status of my custom order?
If it has been 10 business days and you have not received shipment verification or direct contact, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org; please include your name and order number in the subject line.
Another way to check more immediately is my work queue HERE, I keep an order mailing status section in the bottom right. Secondly, you can check the update date in the upper middle of the page to see when I last checked/updated it. Using this is a good way to know quickly if I am travelling or otherwise not shipping right now.
How do I check the status of my shipment?
You can view this in your dashboard when you make an order. You can access the dashboard with your user icon in the top right of the page.
How do I check up on a pre-order?
First, check my work queue HERE, I keep an order mailing status section in the bottom right. Secondly, you can check the update date in the upper middle of the page to see when I last checked it. If you have a more specific question about an order, you can always send me an email to ask: email@example.com. Make sure to include your name and order number so I know exactly what you are talking about.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, and I typically can send a refund in a week on small items like stickers, buttons, prints, and such. Please email me about it at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and name. Larger items that are made to order or limited edition prints however are harder to refund, and in some cases they may not be able to if they are a custom. In some of those cases, partial refunds can be given for incomplete work.
How long does it take to ship?
Typically I ship with in a week of an order if something is not a preorder. I ship on weekends in most cases due to the fact I don't have a car and work form home, I need to wait till the weekend for the family vehicle. In some cases it may take longer to ship if I am travelling for a convention or during the holiday season.

How do I request a custom decal?
You can first email me at email@example.com with your inquiry. Make sure to include this in your subject text.
Custom decals designs will be put up in the shop for other users to purchase. If you want a private custom decal, they can be made in single piece up to 12x12 inches. Not all customs will be accepted. Customs for private use will cost more.
